The Dragons U18s will look to record their first win in the WRU Reebok Regional Championship on Wednesday when they take on the Scarlets U18s at Stradey Park, kick off 7.15pm.
Prop Aaron Coundley leads the side which has seven changes from the team that lost to the Ospreys earlier in the month.
William Browne replaces Gareth Dare on the wing, Ben Sweet comes in for Chris Wannell while Danny Ellis is replaced by David Langdon at fly half.
Among the forwards Stewart Maguire replaces Nathan Buck, hooker Craig Fillier makes his first start this season for Rhys Price while Daniel Underhill comes in for Morgan Allen.
