The line-ups have been confirmed for this season’s Men of Gwent Sevens to be held at Rodney Parade on Saturday 8 August (12 midday). Premiership runners up and last year’s winners Newport will be joined by sides from fellow Premiership clubs Bedwas, Cross Keys and Pontypool whilst the Dragons Academy side will be seeking to regain the title they last won in 2007.
The Dragons senior squad will be at the Parade to rub shoulders with rugby fans from the region during the day.
And for those who just fancy bringing the kids out for the afternoon, the Rodney Hall and Clubhouse will be open for parents to relax whilst kids can enjoy the range of entertainment provided, including meeting the Dragons’ trusty mascot Rodney and the opportunity to meet their Dragons heroes.
Ground entry adult tickets are £5, with under 16s at just £1
