An exciting and challenging opportunity to work with the potential professionals of tomorrow has arisen as Head Coach of the Dragons U16s.
The successful candidates will be a minimum of level 2 qualified and have a track record in coaching at a Junior or Senior level and a good understanding of the components needed in elite player development. More importantly the position(s) also requires the successful candidates to demonstrate the management and interpersonal skills that will inspire a talented squad of regional age grade players and his assistant coaches.
The positions are subject to a satisfactory CRB check.
In return the coach will be provided, by the Dragons, with:
· A squad of the best U16s players within the region.
· Professional training and match facilities to inspire development.
· A structured regional and cross border fixture list.
· Professional equipment to aid in player development, including industry specific IT hardware and software.
· Access to Academy support services to aid in player performance ie performance analyst, conditioning coaches and physios.
· Individual mentoring programme from the Dragons Academy Skills Coaches.
· Branded Dragons Leisure wear.
· Tickets to Dragons Home Games.
· All applicable mileage at 35p per mile.
