Recently Nant Y Park primary school, Caerphilly spent two whole days at Rodney Parade on the Second Half education project with education officer, Phil James.
Over 60 pupils from year 5 & 6 really enjoyed every aspect of the days; whether in the education suite, on the field for their skills training, visiting the trophy room, meeting and interviewing Dragons stars, Jonathan Evans & Gethin Robinson or participating in the unique motivational changing room experience.
Mr. N Young - Nant Y Park Primary Teacher, Caerphilly, emailed into us straight away saying, "Just wanted to say a massive thank you for your time this week, the kids and I loved coming down to Rodney Parade. We had record numbers at our rugby after school club this week with a few gum shielded girls attending as well! The kids even gave me stick for wearing my Blues top"
"I have a few mates who are primary teachers and I would be happy to pass on your details for them to come down and experience a good day out if that is ok with you".
Good luck to the Dragons and to your players in the Welsh squad for the rest of the World Cup.
