The game in Pool 3 will kick off at the scheduled time of 13.00.
The fixture was due to be staged at Stadium Arcul, however, following an inspection today by Romanian Federation match official, Vlad Iordachescu, the waterlogged pitch was deemed to be unplayable.
It was therefore decided, with the agreement of all parties, that the game should be moved to the Ghencea Stadium which is regularly used by Steaua Bucuresti who compete in Romanian rugby's first division.
