After a break in the tournament, over the Christmas period, the Dragons PS XV return to the competition refreshed looking to take the win away from home against Jersey RFC.
The Dragons Premiership select coaching staff have made seven personnel changes and two positional changes to the team that missed out on the win against a strong Doncaster squad. The fullback position is taken up by Newport RFC player Llywarch Ap Myrddin, he joins Aled Brew and newcomer Aaron Warren in the back three. The centre partnership is all change as Bedwas centre Connor Edwards is partnered with Dragons player Ross Wardle. Geraint Rhys Jones moves from full-back to cover the fly-half position and is joined by scrum-half Luc Jones.
The front row sees skipper Hugh Gustafson move to prop alongside Lloyd Fairbrother, and Rhys Buckley steps into the position of hooker. The second row have no changes made to it as Scott Andrews and Adam Brown get the nod. But there is one change in the back row as Josh Skinner moves to the bench with Scott Matthews covering as flanker to join James Benjamin and number 8 Harri Keddie.
The replacements bench includes Luke Garrett, Leon Brown, Josh Skinner, Adam Powell, Owen Davies, Josh Prosser and Barney Nightingale.
