Dragons hopes in the the Guinness PRO14 Rainbow Cup were all but ended as they suffered a 42-26 bonus-point defeat to Ospreys in an entertaining game of nine tries at Rodney Parade.
In-form wing Jonah Holmes scored two tries for them to take his tally to 10 in his last nine appearances.
Dan Baker and Rio Dyer also picked up tries with Sam Davies converting three of them.
However, Dewi Cross, Reuben Morgan-Williams, Morgan Morris, Dan Evans and Max Nagy crossed for the Ospreys with Luke Price adding three penalties and four conversions.
