Boss Dean Ryan has made eleven changes to his starting XV for Saturday’s derby clash with Cardiff Rugby at the Arms Park (kick-off 5.15pm).
With six of last week’s side called up to the Welsh squad, Ryan has made wholesale changes as Dragons make the short trip to the capital.
The Men of Gwent will be looking to claim their second URC away victory of the season and end a recent winless drought against their rivals.
Saturday afternoon will see an almost brand-new pack named with tighthead Mesake Doge the only forward to keep his place from last week.
Doge is joined in the front row by Aki Seiuli and hooker Taylor Davies who gets his first start of the season.
The second row will see the two Joe’s partner at lock as Davies earns his first start of the season alongside Maksymiw.
The back row sees Ben Fry join Harri Keddie, who comes back into captain the side, on the flank and Ollie Griffiths completes the pack at number eight.
Rhodri Williams will start at half back and is partnered by Sam Davies at fly half.
Centre pairing Aneurin Owen and Jack Dixon reignite their partnership in the middle of the park after the latter was a late drop out last weekend.
While Welsh international Jonah Holmes is joined by a returning Rio Dyer on the wings and full back Jordan Williams returns at fifteen.
