As part of Dragons RFC’s afternoon of giving players and staff visited The children’s ward at the Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran to deliver some festive cheer ahead of Christmas.
Supporting the Dragons Community team, the squad had a busy afternoon with special visits right across Gwent.
Will Rowlands, Sam Davies, Ashton Hewitt, Joe Davies, Angus O'Brien and Forwards Coach Luke Narraway spread Christmas cheer at the children's ward at The Grange University Hospital in Cwmbran.
The players were able to gift the children and staff at the hospital some early Christmas presents as we looked to raise spirits around the festive period.
It was great to see so many smiles on faces during a difficult time for the children, their families and staff.
It was a privilege and we are grateful to the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board for giving us the opportunity to visit.
Also, a huge thank you to all the staff for the care they give to the children & all the hard work they put in, not just at Christmas, but throughout the year!
