Dragons Community are pleased to announce the introduction of Buzzballs to all their rugby inclusions, activations and provisions.
The Buzzball is an interactive rugby training ball and at the press of a button, the ball vibrates and indicates to the player to action a response during rugby play, training drills or games.
Buzzball is used to develop rugby skills through interactive games and you can find links to the animations of those drills by visiting their website www.Buzzballrugby.com.
Buzzball is not just a training ball for coaching key areas of the game but is great for participation and engagement for children, as well as a clear benefit for mixed ability and disability rugby.
Head of Dragons Community Mike Sage said: “Our Community Officer, Janice Chappell has been trialing the Buzzball for a few weeks around our schools and it has gone down very well, the youngsters were literally buzzing.
“We now look forward to extending the use of this innovative ball across many of our Community and Inclusion provisions to add value to our delivery and meeting the additional learning needs of a number of our Inclusion provisions.”
