It’s the big one! Wales face England at the World Cup this Tuesday evening and fans can look forward to watching all the action at the Football Fan Zone in Newport – in association with Capital and Newport City Council.
Over 500 fans descended on Rodney Parade to watch Wales feature in a World Cup forthe first time since 1958 when they faced the USA in the opening group game.
And now fans can come back together at Rodney Parade on Tuesday to watch Rob Page’s team and enjoy all the action on a big screen.
Timings for the Fan Zone in Newport on Tuesday (November 29) have now been finalised:
- 10am – Stadium Store & Ticket Office Open
- 12.30pm – Football Fan Zone Opens
- 3pm – Netherlands vs Qatar
- 6pm – Tinty & The Bucket Hats on stage
- 7pm – Wales vs England
Entry is just £5 and tickets can be booked below or at the Ticket Office on the day from 10am.

The Football Fan Zone shows the games live on a big outdoor screen and be supported by live music from Tinty & the Bucket Hats. A wide range of bars and food outlets will also be open.
Please note, the Football Fan Zone will NOT be open to the public on Friday, November 26 as we are hosting a community event at Rodney Parade.
