Supporters are invited to our first official fan event of the summer with a special FREE ENTRY Open Training Session taking place at Rodney Parade on Saturday (July 22).
This is your first chance to see the new-look Men of Gwent in Newport as we launch the summer holidays with a special event.
The big day will see the stadium open at 9am with the Club Shop – packed full of the new training collection - and Ticket Office both open for supporters to visit.
Supporters are advised the day is FREE ENTRY and you do not require a ticket to attend.
From 9.30am we will commence stadium tours as the Community team give fans a unique insight and look around Rodney Parade. Fans who wish to go tours should meet in the marquee at 9.30am.
The Open Training session on the stadium pitch is due to start at 10am where fans can watch Head Coach Dai Flanagan take the squad through drills and a full training session.
A range of children’s activities will take place on the 4G pitchside – or under the Bisley Stand if we have wet weather - and we will also have player/coaching staff meet and greets where fans can meet and chat with the Dragons.
We will also be running food outlets pitchside and we will have a bar open for fans to enjoy.
Our special event is running the same day as Newport’s Big Splash event so make it a big day out in the city!
