Four young Dragons featured for Wales Under-18s but they could not stop England Under-18s claiming a big victory at St Helen's on Sunday afternoon.
Head coach Richie Pugh named Harry Rees-Weldon, Nick Thomas and Evan Minto to start the fixture while Jack Woods was named on the bench.
Following last week’s encouraging 31-24 victory over Scotland, Pugh had freshened up his squad to give other players vital game time, introducing an entirely new front row and two new back rows.
But there was no stopping an impressive England U18s side who claimed a 62-7 win. Dragons RFC fly half Woods slotted a second half conversion after a try from home skipper Harry Beddall.
