We are running an Advanced Development Camp - in association with Skills Camp partner Tata Steel and headline community partner Centreprise International and Sport Caerphilly - between 9.30am and 1.30pm for 13 to 16-year-olds.
The Advanced Development Camp includes:
- Advanced drills and technique
- A qualified PT instructor
- Fitness Training
- Advice from Dragons coaches
- Use of the Dragons RFC home changing rooms.
- Player Q&A.
