Sandwiched in between the two home games is an away trip to Hive Stadium in Edinburgh in round four where Scotland host Wales on Friday 7 March (19.15pm kick-off.
Rodney Parade will host an U20s international for the first time since 2008 when New Zealand were the visitors in a Junior World Cup clash.
WRU executive director of rugby Nigel Walker, said: “Many of last season’s U20s group are eligible for selection again this year and following the strong performances against New Zealand and Australia in the Junior World Cup we can go into this year’s Six Nations campaign with optimism.
“We also had an encouraging performance against France in South Africa last summer and the opening fixture away will provide a real test, but also an indication of how much progress we have made.”
Wales U20 head coach Richard Whiffin is already looking forward to hosting England and Ireland in the 2025 U20 Six Nations.
“As a coaching group, we’ve been out in the regions and watching Super Rygbi Cymru – now the games have been confirmed things get a little bit more real and we’re excited to get back to Cardiff playing on a Friday night against England and then Ireland at Rodney Parade in Newport,” he said.
“We expect England and Ireland to travel well so we expect it to be an exciting boisterous crowd, so we’ll be going all out to play an attractive brand of rugby to excite the crowd.
“There is a young Cardiff backline that has been playing week in week out in the SRC – those guys will be in or around the U20s squad so it will be great for the home fans to see some local players right on their own doorstep.
“There has obviously been a lot of Dragons boys playing in the SRC too so it will be great for the local Newport fans to get down to Rodney Parade and see their boys play in a red jersey.
“It’s been great when we have been up in North Wales at Parc Eirias, had some great results and times up there the hospitality and had great support up there but it’s fantastic we’re now down south where we are looking to grow our fan base."
