Dragons RFC are pleased to announce official partnership with Refuel Nutrition LTD, a family-run meal prepping company specialising in balanced nutrition through calorie counted meal prep.
This collaboration for the 2024/25 season will see Refuel Nutrition providing meal prep and catering services to support the team’s rigorous training and match schedules.
Dragons, known for their strength, agility, and determination, will benefit from Refuel Nutrition’s expertise in nutrition to help them maintain peak physical condition throughout the season.
The prep and catering services will focus on supporting the overall health and well-being of each player.
“We are excited to join forces with Dragons, a team that embodies the spirit and resilience of Welsh rugby,” said Jack Watkins, founder of Refuel Nutrition LTD and sister, Kristi Watkins, director of Refuel Nutrition.
“Our goal is to fuel the players with the freshest ingredients & the highest quality meal prepping service that will not only meet their dietary needs but also help them excel on the field.”
Ryan Chambers, Head of Performance at Dragons RFC, commented: “We have been working hard as a group over pre-season and getting our nutrition right is a vital part of our performance.

“As part of the deal, they are also providing food to our academy and age grade teams, meaning we can really focus on providing an elite service for all players."
The partnership will include:
- Meal Prepping Services: Nutritionally balanced meal prep to fuel the players through their training week and in preparation for travel.
- Supporting the academy and age grade teams both through training and post-match nutrition.
