Dragons RFC is seeking passionate and committed volunteer coaches to support the Talent Discovery Phase of the Player Pathway.
This vital stage focuses on identifying and developing talented young players from across the region within environments at EPP (Emerging Player Programme), Dewar Shield and Dragons Under 16s.
As a Volunteer Pathway Coach you will be providing them with high-quality coaching in a positive, challenging, and supportive environment. You will also play an integral role in delivering high standard training sessions, by liaising with other coaches during the planning process.
We require that you have a minimum of the WRU level 2 Coaching Qualification.
