All three Gwent sides take to the field this Saturday in the SRC including a festive derby blockbuster.
Ebbw Vale welcome Pontypool to the Ciner Glass stadium at 2:30pm at the same time as Newpport host RGC.
The Steelmen come into this off the back of a maximum six-point win over Bridgend Ravens leaving Ebbw sitting top of the SRC standings whilst Pooler are off the back of a narrow defeat to RGC last weekend.
Ebbw make just the two changes to their starting line up from last weekend. Fly-half Dorian Jones is back in the number 10 jersey with Evan Lloyd switching to fullback in his 100th appearance for the Steelmen, while Luke Garrett returns at loose-head.
Pontypool look to get back to winning ways with four changes to their starting XV. Four fully-fledged Dragons start for Pooler in prop Owain James, backrower Evan Minto, plus half-backs Morgan Lloyd and Harri Ford, while young Dragon Logan Franklin is on the bench.
Kyan Best is set to make his 50th cap from the bench for Pooler, while former Dragon Ioan Duggan starts on the wing in place of Rhys Cole who is with Wales under-19s.
Elsewhere, and Newport are hoping to build off their resounding win over Aberavon when they face RGC this weekend.
Dragons centre Harri Ackerman swithces to outside center while there is also a spot in the 23 for Joe Salter after his scoring efforts last weekend.
