Rodney Parade will host a special Testimonial Dinner for former Dragons RFC ace Ollie Griffiths on Friday, May 2.
Griffiths announced his retirement from professional rugby on medical grounds in December. The back row forward made 105 appearances for the Men of Gwent over ten seasons, scoring six tries along the way.
A product of the club’s academy system, Griffiths was always a firm fan favourite at Rodney Parade with his all-action approach to the game and dedication.
Dragons RFC announced that Ollie had been awarded a testimonial year with the club for 2025, chaired by Gavin Rees, and we are pleased to now confirm details of this special dinner to kick-off events.
The dinner will see guest appearances from Elliot Dee, Dan Lydiate and Matthew Screech, who will all discuss their careers and time alongside Ollie.
Tables of ten for the event are priced at £750 & VAT, which includes a three-course meal, bucket of beer on table and welcome drink. Individual place are also available for £75 & VAT per person.
