Douglas, Martinez & Beddall in for Munster match

22/01/2026

Lock Levi Douglas returns to the starting line-up as Dragons RFC face Munster Rugby in the BKT United Rugby Championship at Virgin Media Park on Friday evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

Head Coach Filo Tiatia makes three changes to the side that defeated Newcastle Red Bulls in European competition last week, as league hostilities resume in Cork.

Loosehead prop Rodrigo Martinez is back up front while the other change sees Harry Beddall start at oopenside flanker.

Hooker Oli Burrows, prop Jordan Morris and lock Seb Davies return among the replacements for the Round 10 clash in Ireland.

Tiatia said: “We know Munster will be tough at home. We are under no illusion about the task in hand.

“I know Clayton (McMillan) pretty well and know his coaching ethos. They will be hurting after recent results. They have a proud tradition and legacy that they have created, particularly when I was playing, and are a leading team.

“They have been playing well, despite results. They’ve lost a few games and I know that this game will be important to them.

“Our players are excited about how we keep challenging each other. We are looking forward to it.”
