Pontypool United product Evan Minto made his Dragons senior debut at Newcastle in the European Challenge Cup during the 24/25 season.
The back rower made his home debut against Glasgow later in the season and played in every game for Wales U20s during the 2025 Six Nations.
Minto captained his country as Wales 20s faced England in a World Cup warm-up in the summer of 2025 having signed a new deal with Dragons RFC ahead of the 25/26 seaason.
As a student at Hartpury University, Minto was part of the side which won the 2025 BUCS Super Rugby Milk Championship Final at Rodney Parade.
