Academy graduate Sam Scarfe made his Dragons RFC debut in February 2024.
The converted back rower made his home debut during the 24/25 season against Montpellier in the European Challenge Cup.
Scarfe signed a new contract ahead of the 25/26 season after impressing for Pontypool in Super Rygbi Cymru.
