Nick Crosswell, a versatile back row, has made 56 appearances for the Dragons since joining from New Zealand province the Manawatu Turbos in February 2015. Crosswell also played three seasons of Super Rugby winning the title in 2013/14 with the Chiefs. Crosswell featured prominently in the side that made the semi-finals of the European Rugby Challenge Cup in 2014/15 and 2015/16.
Hooker Darran Harris joined the Dragons at the start of the season from Rotherham Titans. Harris had previously played for Pontypridd RFC, where he won the Principality Premiership and the SWALEC Cup in 2012/13 and also has international caps for Wales U20s, Wales U18s and Wales U16s. Harris played 5 times for the Dragons this season featuring in the Guinness PRO12, European Rugby Challenge Cup and Anglo Welsh Cup (where he made his first start).
Geraint Rhys Jones joined the Dragons in 2013 from the Scarlets. Jones had previously played for Wales U18, U19, U20 and the Wales 7’s Squad, where he featured in the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Jones has made 30 appearances for the Dragons, predominantly at Full Back, scoring 109 points.
Prop Forward Craig Mitchell joined the Dragons in 2016 from Cardiff Blues, making his debut against Ulster. He had previously won 15 caps for Wales, including during the 2011 and 2013 Six Nations Tournaments. He made 11 appearances for the Dragons through the season.
Tom Prydie joined the Dragons from the Ospreys in 2012. In his time Prydie had already become the youngest player to play for Wales when he faced Italy in the 2010 Six Nations aged 18 years and 25 days. He made his full debut for the Dragons in 2012 against Zebre on the 31st August 2012 and has played 93 times for the Region featuring at both Full Back and on the Wing. Prydie has scored 16 tries and a total of 447 points.
