Hallam Amos (2011-2019) 115 appearances
Amos progressed through the Dragons Academy and age grade sides to make his debut in the away win at Wasps in 2011. He scored a first half try in the game and also broke the record for the youngest ever starting player in the PRO14 when he started against the Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium in April 2012 - Hallam was 17 years 208 days. Amos has 22 Wales caps and featured in both the 2015 and 2019 Rugby World Cups. Often deployed across the back line. Amos scored 36 tries in 115 appearances for Dragons placing him 2nd on the all-time try scoring list.
Kevin Morgan (2004-2009) 75 appearances
Morgan initially played rugby for his hometown club Pontypridd RFC. He then went on to join Swansea in 1998 before joining the Celtic Warriors when regional sides were formed in 2003. Morgan signed for the Dragons in 2004 following the disbandment of the Warriors. The fullback scored 25 tries in 75 appearances during his five years at Rodney Parade placing him fourth on the all-time Dragons try scoring list. Morgan also earned 48 caps for Wales during a decade long international career scoring 12 tries and was part of the 2005 Grand Slam winning side.
Dan Evans (2012-2014) 48 appearances
Swansea born Evans began his professional Career with the Scarlets whilst also playing for Llanelli and Carmarthen Quins. The Welsh international joined the Dragons in 2012 and made 48 appearances and scored 12 tries in his two seasons with the Men of Gwent. Evans departed Rodney Parade to join the Ospreys in 2014. In May 2009, Evans was called up to the senior Wales squad for the summer tour of North America. He appeared in both tour matches making his debut in a 32-23 win over Canada.
Martyn Thomas (2006-2012) 83 appearances
Thomas joined the Dragons in 2006 and spent six seasons at Rodney Parade making 83 appearances and scoring 14 tries. Born in Carmarthen the full back joined Gloucester rugby after his Dragons departure in 2012. Following a short stint in France he returned to England and signed for Coventry followed by subsequent moves to Wasps, London Welsh and Merthyr RFC.
Percy Montgomery (2003-2005) 38 appearances
The South African rugby legend spent two seasons at Rodney Parade from 2003-2005 making 38 appearances scoring 251 points. Montgomery joined the Dragons from the Stormers in Super Rugby and returned to South Africa upon his Dragons departure with a move to the Sharks. Montgomery amassed over 100 caps for the South African national team and at the time of his international retirement he held the all-time records for both caps and points scored for the Springboks.
Phil Dollman (2006-2009) 38 appearances
Having started his playing career featuring for his hometown club Caerphilly and then Bedwas, Dollman was signed by the Dragons and quickly made a name for himself at Rodney Parade, making 38 appearances in this three-years with the region. The versatile Dollman signed for Exeter Chiefs in 2009 and has played an integral role in the rise of the Devon club since his arrival. Following Exeter's title win in 2017, Wales selected Dollman to be part of their tour to tackle Samoa and Fiji, but a knee injury sustained in the Premiership Final meant he was forced to withdraw from the squad.
