Dragons RFC and Dragons Wheelchair Rugby have announced that Hennah Haywood Law has again become an Official Partner for the 2022/23 season.
The Dragons Wheelchsir team was formed in May 2019, with the support of the WRU, Dragons and with Chris Garrett heading up the team.
The club has grown from strength to strength in recent years and will now benefit from the continued support of Hennah Haywood Law for this season.
“We are proud of our growing relationship and partnership with HH Law, who are such a proactive member of our Dragons Family and provide valuable support to our Dragons Wheelchair Rugby (WR) team”, said a beaming Dragons Community Manager, Mike Sage.
“The HH Law staff really care about our WR team and have joined them at training sessions on numerous occasions, which is so appreciated and valued by our members, who enjoy showing them how to play this fast and physical high-octane game.
“Through our partnership the team were recently presented with this dual branded Dragons RFC and HH Law playing kit and leisure wear, so they now look as they play, professional both on and off the field.
“A big congrats and thanks also to the Dragons Wheelchair army of loyal volunteers who provide inspiration through their dedication and commitment to our wheelchair community,” added Karen Burgess, Dragons RFC Inclusion Officer, who provides the Dragons RFC link to the team, was also proudly presented with her kit to acknowledge her impressive support of the team.
Established in 1887 as a Legal Practice in Newport, South Wales, Hennah Haywood Law are a specialist law firm that can deal with a range of cases including Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Property Transactions, Wills and Probate, Police Claims, Landlord and Tenant Law, Historic Abuse and Criminal Law.

Michael Weedal, from Dragons Wheelchair team, said: “After our first meeting with HH Law we realised this was more than just sponsor and club. We realised our family had grown and a partnership was formed that was a lasting one.
“During the last two years we have had different visits from HH Law, they have tried out the sport and the relationship has been deepened and cemented.
“HH Law have provided all of our on-field vests and off field kit so we look like a real team. With the Dragons RFC and HH Law logo we know that when we wear the kit and play our sport we represent all of our partners and want to do them proud.
