Dragons U18s take on Scarlets U18s on Thursday 12th of February in the third-fourth playoff of the WRU Academies Championship.
The Young Men of Gwent narrowly missed out on a spot in the final due to a last-minute Cardiff penalty last Sunday and now face Scarlets at the Arms Park.
Dragons will be out for revenge, having suffered defeat against the Scarlets last time the two sides met, in Llandovery at the start of the month.
Dragons have made just three personnel changes from the starting XV which narrowly lost to Cardiff with Sam Morgan coming in at full back, Theo McKerrow on the wing and Kai Kinsey at fly-half, while Ryley Fussell and Brogan Leary switch to wing and outside centre respectively.
The forwards remain the same, with captain Tiaan Hall at hooker.
On the bench, Benson Ngoshi, Ollie Beynon, Ollie Belavia-Walker, Liam Lawlor and Jack Cordy come into the 23, alongside props Jayden Llewellyn, Oscar Friend and scrum-half Rhodri Davies.
