Second row Seb Davies joined Dragons RFC ahead of the 2025/26 season having spent a decade at Cardiff Rugby.

The 29-year-old made his 150th appearance for the capital club last season and has played at blindside flanker and number eight along with second row.

A confident line-out caller, Davies is equally adept in the loose having spent much of his youth rugby at centre for school Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf.

Davies made his Wales debut against Tonga in 2017 and has so far made 17 appearances for the national side to date.
