Dragons fly half Evan Lloyd came through the age grade system at his home region and has been a part of the academy in recent seasons. The 21-year-old made the step-up to the senior squad ahead of the 2020/2021 season and made his debut for the Rodney Parade outfit as a replacement in the first half of the Champions Cup clash against Bordeaux-Begles.
Lloyd went on to make his PRO14 bow off the bench in March 2021 against Edinburgh at the Principality Stadium and played at Rodney Parade for the first time as a sub against the Scarlets in the opening round of the Rainbow Cup, playing at full-back and helping to set up tries for fellow young guns Rio Dyer and Aneurin Owen.
Lloyd signed his first senior contract at the Dragons ahead of the 2021/2022 season.
