Three-quarter Fine Inisi joined Dragons RFC ahead of the 25/26 season from Super Rugby Moana Pasifika.
A Tongan international at both Sevens and XV a side game, Inisi scored for his country at the 2023 Rugby World Cup against eventual champions South Africa.
Inisi is equally comfortable playing on the wing or at outside centre having done so for both club and country.
