Australian Chris Anderson is set to join the Newport Gwent Dragons as head coach.
Anderson has been offered the position subject to his work permit being finalised. Anderson is a former World Cup winning Rugby League coach and won 15 caps as an Australian wing.
At club level Anderson has coached English Rugby League team Halifax and Australian sides Canterbury and Melbourne with all three sides wining their respective Premierships.
