A powerhouse tighthead prop, Mesake Doge is a bit of a late bloomer. The Nadogo-born front rower played for Timisoara Saracens between 2017 and 2019, making 27 appearances for the Romanians and scoring three tries. A move to France and Brive followed for Doge where he became a regular in the Top 14 making 24 appearances during his two-year stint in France, scoring two tries.
Doge made his international debut for Fiji against Georgia in Suva in 2016 and has gone on to earn four caps including two in the most recent series against the All Blacks in New Zealand. In July 2021 Doge signed with the Dragons ahead of the 2021/2022 United Rugby Championship campaign.
