Three Dragons have been selected in Wales U20s’ side to face France at the Cardiff Arms Park on Friday night.
George Tuckley starts once again at loosehead while Evan Minto is again on the bench and is joined by hooker James Talamai.
Wales came very close to a memorable win against England last time out, only to be denied by a late try.
In total, Wales head coach Richard Whiffin makes only one injury-enforced change as Rhys Cummings switches to full back replacing Jack Woods, with Evan Wings coming in on the wing.
Elsewhere, Alex Ridgway joins Talamai as the two new bench replacements.
“The boys after the game [against England] were obviously disappointed as they know that was one that got away but by the time we came in on Monday they had managed to recharge at home and were fully refreshed and ready to go for this week,” said Whiffin.
“Every game is different in its own right and Saturday will be a different entity, but we know we can compete against the bigger teams. We have shown that we are a match for anyone in the competition.
“The thing we are hoping for most is a similar crowd bringing similar noise to when we last played at Cardiff Arms Park against England.
“The players drew off the crowd so hopefully we can excite the crowd and get them behind us to energize the performance.”
