Academy graduate Joe Westwood made his Dragons RFC senior debut in January 2024.

The Blackwood RFC product also played for Newport RFC and scored a hat trick in the semi-final of the Welsh Premiership in May 2024.

Westwood scored his first Dragons try against Benetton in October 2024 and made 17 appearances for Dragons during the 24/25 season.
