Prop Josh Reynolds came through the academy system at the Dragons and after impressing at age grade level he made his debut for the senior side in an Anglo-Welsh Cup tie against the Scarlets in 2017 at just 19 years of age. The Dragons academy graduate enhanced his experience over the last few seasons representing Bedwas, Cross Keys and most recently Newport in the Welsh Premiership.

Since his debut in 2017 Reynolds has gone on to make, as of June 2023, 43 appearances for his home region, scoring his solo try against the Stormers in South Africa during the 2022/23 campaign. Reynolds committed his future to the Men of Gwent by signing a new deal ahead of the 2023/2024 season.
